My wise friend Na’ama Yehuda sent this today with a note that it’s “inspired by the Jewish Talmud, but is probably as true to all spiritual practices. We do what we can, the best we can, as we can…”
Since we all know from personal experience how reactive our gut bacteria are to emotional stress, it seemed appropriate to post it here on a site devoted to how our gut microbiomes impact our health.
