I was glad to read this! So many women struggle with PMS, suffering terribly every month and sowing misery at home and at work. Somehow this seems much worse than it was in our mothers’ day. Probably due to the estrogens in our plastics and our packaging and in the meats, not to mention other tasty environmental pollution, I appreciate your covering this important topic.
