Then, we will embark on a deep dive into why we have sinuses, the role of biofilm colonies, remedies to stop your sinuses from making you miserable and ways to boost your overall immunity to protect yourself from bacterial, viral and fungal infections. The end of the class will be a forum style Q&A, where Joan will respond to audience questions and share more targeted, specific wisdom with our attendees.

COMMENTS from people who attended one of Joan's previous SINUS MISERY WORKSHOPS:

"I went to this workshop right in time! I found myself with a sinus infection a few weeks after the workshop. All of the tips, advice and guidance Joan and the other participants provided helped me get my sinuses cleared and back in top shape plus I now have a preventative plan moving forward to keep them in good shape. Such a valuable workshop! Very grateful and highly recommend." - Kelley O.

"This was a fantastic workshop - I highly recommend attending if you have any form of sinus issues or aggravation. I'd just come off of sinus surgery to treat years of infections and this was an excellent complement to my healing protocol. The extensive details on underlying causes of sinus allergies and problems as well as varied approaches for treatment were truly informative. Additionally, we all shared various personal practices and I learned a few new things from the other students." - Jafe C.

Joan has so much real-life experience to share. There are so many supplements out there and she really helps find the protocols that work.
